Edificio Roslyn

The Edificio Roslyn stands out in Bella Vista for its curved, corner facade and the intricate, nautical-inspired ironwork decorating its balconies. Built in the early nineteen thirties, it reflects the transition from colonial architecture to the Art Deco style that defined Panama City’s expansion. The building served as one of the first multi-story residential blocks in the neighborhood, designed for middle-class families who wanted to live near the growing city center. It remains a fixture of the area’s original twentieth-century urban development.
