Mira is the audio walking tour app published by Wanderframe, LLC. If something is not working, or you have a question this page does not answer, email us and a human will get back to you.

Email help@mira.tours. Include the email address on your Mira account if you have one, and what you were doing when the problem happened. We answer within two business days, usually much sooner.
Purchases and tour minutes
Tour minutes are bought inside the app and are tied to your Mira account, so signing in on a new phone brings them with you. If a purchase did not show up, force-quit and reopen the app; if it still has not appeared, email us with the store receipt and we will make it right. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google through their stores, and we are happy to help you request one.
