Casa Mínima

The house measures just two meters and twenty centimeters across, making it the narrowest building in Buenos Aires. Its facade features a plain white wall, a small wrought iron balcony, and a single wooden door. Legend claims a freed slave built the home in the mid nineteenth century as a gift from his former master, though historians note no record supports this origin. It remains a rare example of colonial architecture, hidden within the dense, modern city blocks of San Telmo.
