This structure serves as a collaborative hub for local designers, housing fashion studios, galleries, and a cafe all under one roof. It began as a vision to create a permanent home for the city’s creative community to bypass the temporary nature of seasonal pop-up markets. Inside the heavy concrete, the space opens into a bright, airy atrium that draws people in from the Medellín heat.
