The Greene Space

The Greene Space is a street-level broadcast studio and performance venue that serves as the public face of New York Public Radio. When it opened in two thousand ten, it was designed specifically to invite listeners inside the station to witness the creation of shows like Radiolab and The Brian Lehrer Show in real time. Before this venue existed, the inner workings of these radio broadcasts remained entirely behind the scenes, separated from the people who listened every day.
