The narrow storefront on Christian den Fjerdes Vej displays a collection of peaked caps with a distinct, angular silhouette. Inside, Jørgen Wilgart designs and sews these hats himself. He began crafting headwear in the nineteen nineties after a career in theater production, eventually opening this workshop to focus on traditional techniques. Every cap involves hand-cutting fabric and shaping the brim on vintage wooden molds. The shop serves as the only place where these specific patterns move from workbench to final sale.
