Pont de l'Archevêché

The Pont de l'Archevêché holds the distinction of being the narrowest road bridge in all of Paris. Measuring only eleven meters across, this masonry structure was built in 1828 by an engineer named Plouard. It features three arches with spans that were designed just narrowly enough to restrict the types of river vessels capable of passing beneath it.
