Today, the terrace overlooks a landscape of glass and steel. In nineteen ninety-eight, the city launched a massive redevelopment project to convert this gritty post-industrial zone into a high-density urban center. The venue functions as a seasonal events space, hosting gatherings against a panoramic backdrop of the city skyline.
