Badguer Restaurant

The Badguer building is a three-story stone structure with a prominent, weathered arched entrance that marks it as a piece of pre-war Armenian architecture. It serves as a community hub today, housing a traditional restaurant and cultural center dedicated to preserving the heritage of the Armenian community in Bourj Hammoud. The kitchen serves recipes passed down by refugees who arrived here in the nineteen twenties. A single iron balcony remains on the facade, a small remnant of the neighborhood's original residential character.
