7 Hudson Square

landmark

The building you are approaching, Seven Hudson Square, occupies an entire city block that was once the heart of Manhattan's industrial printing district. Its official street address is one hundred thirty-seven Varick Street, but it uses the vanity address of Seven Hudson Square as a deliberate nod to WABC-TV, which has broadcast on channel seven for years.
