landmark

You are looking at the corner of Bedford and Grove Streets, where the six-story brick building at ninety Bedford Street stands. This structure served as the exterior face of the apartment building in the television series Friends. It was designed by architects Schneider and Herter to provide modest housing, featuring the classic fire escapes and narrow design that came to define the neighborhood's pre-war residential aesthetic.
