You are standing at the site of the National LGBTQ Wall of Honor, which is housed inside the historic Stonewall Inn. This installation serves as a permanent memorial to the activists, pioneers, and heroes who shaped the fight for equality. The wall was founded in 2019 to mark the fiftieth anniversary of the Stonewall uprising, an event that ignited the modern LGBTQ rights movement in this very building.
