Café Rev features a wide, reclaimed wood front counter that holds a collection of manual brewing devices rarely seen in other shops across Medellín. It started as a small project by local coffee growers wanting to bypass industrial exporters to serve their own harvests directly to the neighborhood. The founder, a former agronomist named Alejandro, spent three years traveling between farms in the Antioquia mountains before opening this space. He keeps a handwritten ledger on the counter detailing the exact altitude of every bean.
