Stone Bell House

The Stone Bell House features a jagged, dark stone facade adorned with a prominent golden bell hanging from its corner. This fourteenth-century Gothic palace hides beneath layers of later Baroque plaster for centuries, concealing its true medieval appearance until restorers peeled it back in the nineteen sixties. Legend says the bell commemorates a signal during a royal uprising, but no record confirms the source. Today, it houses art exhibitions behind walls where kings once stayed while awaiting their official coronations at the castle.
