The Harrtoo building features a distinctive, minimalist concrete facade that breaks up the dense, colorful chaos of Tulum’s center. It serves as a base for independent design and artisanal retail, housing creators who sell textiles and hand-crafted goods directly from their workspaces. Before these walls went up, this strip of road consisted of smaller, temporary wooden structures. Now, this heavy, poured-concrete form creates a permanent, quiet space for people to work on their craft away from the heat of the main street.
