The Dairy Art Centre in Bloomsbury was a private, non-commercial gallery that functioned for less than two years, between April 2013 and December 2014. It occupied the shell of a former milk depot once used by the Express Dairy Company. Founders Frank Cohen and Nicolai Frahm sought to transform this industrial space into a platform for contemporary art, aiming to exhibit works from their own private collections alongside borrowed pieces.
