Queen Square Gardens

Queen Square Gardens stands on land that was originally the private garden of Sir Nathaniel Curzon. When the square was laid out in the early eighteenth century, it was designed with only three sides of buildings. The northern side remained completely open to offer residents unobstructed views of the rolling countryside and distant hills of Hampstead and Highgate.
