The Embassy of South Korea in London occupies the building at sixty Buckingham Gate. While it functions today as a hub for diplomacy and consular services, the site underwent a major multi-year interior transformation that concluded in 2019. Architects were tasked with revitalizing the workspace to meet modern standards, successfully modernizing everything from consular areas to the ambassador’s private meeting rooms. One specific highlight of this renovation is the meeting space, which intentionally integrates traditional Korean cultural elements into its contemporary interior design to create a unique diplomatic atmosphere.
