The Canada Water Theatre is tucked inside the striking architecture of the Canada Water Library, a building designed by the world-renowned architect Piers Gough. Opened in November two thousand eleven, the library and its internal theatre represent a deliberate effort to anchor community life within a modern cultural landmark. The theatre functions as a dedicated performing arts space that brings contemporary theatre, live music, comedy, and spoken word to the heart of the Rotherhithe area.
