The SVA Theatre at 333 West 23rd Street stands out for the kinetic sculpture crowning its marquee. This 120-foot tall metal structure was designed by the celebrated graphic designer Milton Glaser and features moving parts that come to life every hour on the hour. Glaser drew inspiration for its abstract, industrial form from the uncompleted architectural visions of the Russian constructivist Vladimir Tatlin.
