Klaus von Nichtssagend Gallery

The gallery takes its name from a German phrase meaning Klaus of Nothing Said. This playful, enigmatic title reflects the space's origins as a project started by a group of artists who wanted to maintain an artist-centered approach to exhibiting work. It opened in Brooklyn in two thousand four and operated as a flexible project space before eventually settling into its current home in Tribeca. Throughout its history, the gallery has kept a focus on supporting emerging artists by providing a platform for their debut shows and helping them develop their careers over the long term.
