The restaurant once known as Allen and Delancey occupied the ground floor of the building at one hundred fifteen Allen Street. This structure was originally built in eighteen eighty-nine, long before it became a destination for city diners. By two thousand four, the building underwent a transformation into one of the neighborhood's first luxury loft condominium conversions, changing the identity of this corner from a historic tenement site into a boutique residential address.
