Le Palace

The building at number eight Rue du Faubourg-Montmartre began its life in the early twentieth century as a music hall and cinema. By the mid-nineteen seventies, the structure had fallen into a state of decay. Impresario Fabrice Emaer saw potential in this decrepit theater and envisioned a nightlife space that could rival the most legendary clubs in New York. He invested heavily in a massive restoration to revive the building's original nineteen thirties aesthetic, creating an immersive, multi-level environment that felt more like a grand, decadent stage than a simple dance floor.
