The Théâtre Grévin is a hidden gem of Belle Époque design tucked away inside the famous wax museum on Boulevard Montmartre. While the wider museum is known for its lifelike figures, this intimate, Italian-style theater serves as a preserved architectural time capsule from the year 1900. It was built as a Cabinet Fantastique for the Universal Exposition, designed to host performances that blurred the lines between science, magic, and early cinematic illusion.
