Bouillon Julien

Bouillon Julien is a masterpiece of Art Nouveau design that opened its doors in nineteen hundred and six. Architect Edouard Fournier envisioned a space where high art and accessible dining could coexist, famously declaring that everything inside would be beautiful, tasty, and inexpensive. He commissioned the finest craftsmen of the era to build the interior, resulting in a dining room that remains one of the best-preserved examples of the Belle Epoque period in all of Paris.
