This land was part of the Ligne de Vincennes, a rail line that connected the heart of Paris to the eastern suburbs for over a century. When the station finally ceased its rail activity in 1969, the tracks were left to fall into disrepair, turning the bustling terminal into a forgotten industrial wasteland.
