Needletalk occupies a bright, patterned storefront in Osu, distinguished by hand-painted signage and shelves crowded with colorful fabric scraps and spools of thread. It functions as a studio where local designers transform discarded textile waste into new clothing and accessories. Founder Naa Dei Nikoi started the space after witnessing the volume of offcuts piling up on local tailor shop floors. She treats every remnant as a viable resource, teaching apprentices how to stitch complex geometric patterns from scraps that others discard.
