Built in nineteen seventy-nine, this office complex replaced the home of the writer and poet Avraham Shlonsky. While the building serves as a center for international business and diplomatic offices, it holds a specific place in local memory for the architectural debate it ignited. Its modern, bunker-like aesthetic drew criticism for clashing with the city's surrounding character at the time.
