The Proyecto Panorama building stands out for the massive, colorful mural covering its facade, featuring faces that stretch several stories high. This structure once functioned as a simple commercial office space before the local government turned the downtown area into a canvas for urban art. Artists from around the world arrived to paint the concrete walls, attempting to shift the perception of the city center from a transit point into a destination. The mural remains, though the offices inside have long since changed hands.
