George Fink’s Studio, owned by the City of Coral Gables

The George Fink Studio in Douglas Park features a distinctive Mediterranean Revival facade with hand-painted tiles and a rough-hewn coral rock exterior. Built in the nineteen twenties, the structure served as the private workshop for George Fink, an architect who helped define the city's early aesthetic. Fink often hosted prospective land buyers here, using the studio’s design and the park’s landscape to showcase his vision for the growing community. He eventually donated the building to the city, which maintains it today.
