These murals appeared when the area shifted from a quiet residential pocket to an open-air gallery space meant to draw people into the neighborhood’s streets. Artist Dface painted a massive, black and white portrait of a woman here that spans two stories, forcing drivers on the nearby thoroughfare to slow down and stare at the scale of the ink-style work.
