Art Square

other

The Arts Square development occupies the space where the historic Casa Blanca Hotel once stood. Its buildings feature rows of red brick and oversized, industrial-style steel windows that break from the stucco aesthetic common elsewhere in downtown Las Vegas. In the early two thousands, developers converted these former motel units into studio spaces and retail storefronts to anchor the budding Arts District. The site remains the primary landing spot for local painters and small business owners who moved here before the neighborhood became widely known.
