70 Vestry

The building at 70 Vestry occupies what was once considered the last major undeveloped waterfront site in Tribeca. Architects chose a specific variety of Beaumaniere limestone for the facade, which is quarried from the banks of the Seine in France. This stone was selected because it catches the western and southern light of the Hudson River, giving the entire building a faint, warm pink glow at sunset.
