Vector Coffee occupies a narrow, industrial-style space defined by its matte black exterior and the heavy aroma of roasted beans that spills onto the sidewalk. This shop began as a small roasting operation in nineteen ninety-four, founded by a group of local enthusiasts who prioritized the sourcing of single-origin beans over commercial blends. They installed a vintage cast-iron roaster in the back that still runs daily. The original roaster requires a manual dampener adjustment every seven minutes to keep the profile consistent.
