The Mantra Circle on Cavill rises as two glass towers connected by a bridge high above the street. When construction finished in two thousand and seven, the building introduced the largest residential floor plan in Surfers Paradise. Developers aimed to house tourists and permanent residents in the heart of the Gold Coast. One of the towers sits directly over the intersection of Cavill Avenue, keeping residents suspended above the busiest pedestrian walkway in the city.
