SkyPoint Observation Deck

viewpoint

The SkyPoint Observation Deck occupies the seventy-seventh and seventy-eighth floors of the Q1 Tower. Its steel spire reaches three hundred twenty-two meters above the ground, making it the highest point on the Gold Coast. When builders finished the structure in two thousand five, it held the title of the tallest residential tower in the world. Engineers designed the spire to withstand high-velocity cyclonic winds, allowing the entire building to sway slightly during severe storms to maintain its structural integrity.
