The narrow, window-lined storefront of Paris Paris sits on the corner of Ossington Avenue, recognizable by its pale blue tilework and a cluster of outdoor tables that spill onto the sidewalk. Inside, the space operates as a modern bistro designed for lingering, replacing a former garage that once serviced the neighborhood. Chef Marc Thuet turned the industrial shell into this airy dining room, keeping the high ceilings and concrete floors. Now, wine bottles line the shelves where tools once occupied the walls.
