Villa said adil

Villa Saïd is a quiet, private cul-de-sac that branches off the Rue Pergolèse in the sixteenth arrondissement of Paris. Its name honors Saïd Pacha, who served as the viceroy of Egypt in the mid-nineteenth century and granted the crucial concession for the construction of the Suez Canal. The street itself was created by Alphonse Hardon, a financier who made his fortune investing in that same monumental engineering project.
