L'Ambroisie occupies a building on the Place des Vosges that once served as a silversmith's shop. The restaurant moved into this seventeenth-century space in 1986, trading a smaller, original location on the Left Bank for these historic arcades. The interior maintains an atmosphere of quiet luxury, defined by antique tapestries, marble floors, and chandeliers that create the feeling of a private aristocratic home.
