Jardin d'Alleray-Procession

park garden

You have arrived at the Jardin d'Alleray-Procession. This park was created in nineteen eighty-eight and draws its name from two nearby streets that speak to the history of this area. The name Alleray honors Denis-Francois Angran d'Alleray, who served as the final seigneur, or lord, of Vaugirard before the French Revolution. The street of the Procession takes its name from the religious processions that once traveled through this neighborhood on their way to the Saint Lambert church.
