The long brick facade of the former Le Blan spinning mill stretches nearly two hundred meters, its regular grid of cast-iron pillars and wide windows once buzzing with industrial activity. Built in nineteen hundred, this vast vessel produced high-quality linen thread for decades before the looms fell silent. Today, the structure houses the University of Lille’s Faculty of Law. A fire in nineteen sixteen tore through the original works, but the rebuilt halls now serve as a cornerstone of the Moulins district's renewal.
