Boni's Windmill

The Boni Windmill stands out for its wooden gears and its fully functioning internal machinery, which remain intact even after the production of flour ceased. Built during the sixteenth century, this structure served as a critical hub for local grain processing for generations. When the island shifted toward tourism, the windmill fell into disuse. A local family eventually took on the work of restoring the mechanism, allowing the sails to turn once again for the public to witness the old way of working.
