The Little Nap Coffee Stand occupies a small, glass-fronted wooden structure near the edge of Yoyogi Park. Daisuke Ito built this space in twenty-ten, moving away from a corporate job to focus entirely on the process of roasting beans. The shop features a vintage record player that constantly spins jazz vinyl while customers wait for their pour-overs. Ito often works the counter himself, keeping the menu limited to ensure he can maintain the specific profile he wants for every single cup.
