Nevern Square Garden

Nevern Square derives its name from a remote village in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The landowners of this area, the Edwardes family, hailed from that region and chose to name many of their new Victorian streets after Welsh locations, including Philbeach, Trebovir, and Penywern. By selecting these names, they left a distinct, rural Welsh fingerprint on what was then a rapidly expanding West London suburb.
