Regent's Place

Regent's Place occupies a thirteen-acre site that was once a mix of kilns and industrial buildings, but it is best known today as a transformation of the area surrounding the thirty-six-story Euston Tower. That tower, completed in the early nineteen-seventies, originally stood as one of the first high-rise office developments in the West End. For decades, the site functioned as a disconnected commercial enclave defined by harsh concrete, until a long-term masterplan turned it into a campus of offices, shops, and residential apartments. This shift in purpose replaced what was once an isolated pocket of corporate architecture with a series of public plazas and pedestrian routes designed to weave the space back into the surrounding streets.
