Project84

In March 2018, the skyline above the South Bank in London featured a haunting, temporary installation known as Project 84. Eighty-four life-sized sculptures were placed along the roofline of the ITV studio building, positioned as if they were standing at the very edge of the architecture. The number eighty-four was chosen because it represented the average number of men in the United Kingdom who died by suicide every single week at that time. Each statue was a physical tribute to a specific individual who had lost his life, created in collaboration with the families and friends of those men.
