Waterloo East Theatre

Waterloo East Theatre occupies a space that once stood as an abandoned railway arch. In 2009, actor and producer Gerald Armin discovered this neglected structure and transformed it into a fully functional, one hundred and fifty seat auditorium in under six months. The theatre officially opened its doors in September 2010, establishing itself as a permanent fixture within the city's theatrical landscape. As you stand nearby, you can occasionally hear the muffled rumble of trains passing overhead, a constant reminder of the building's industrial origins beneath the railway lines.
