Commodore Barry Park

park garden

Commodore Barry Park holds the distinction of being the oldest park in the borough of Brooklyn. The name change to Commodore Barry Park did not arrive until nineteen fifty-one, a decision driven by the park's immediate proximity to the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard.
