Summit One

landmark

Summit One Vanderbilt occupies the top levels of a skyscraper that reaches 1,401 feet into the sky, making it the tallest commercial tower in Midtown Manhattan. Its design features four interlocking, tapering sections that spiral upward, an intentional choice meant to ensure the building does not block light from reaching the historic Grand Central Terminal sitting directly below. The structure itself is an engineering feat, utilizing 8,743 individual glass panels to create its signature shimmering exterior.
