Pier 25 at Hudson River Park

Pier 25 is the longest pier in Hudson River Park, extending nearly one thousand feet into the water. Its current recreational landscape marks a dramatic transformation from the abandoned, dilapidated industrial piers that characterized this stretch of the Tribeca waterfront for decades. In September 1998, Governor George Pataki chose this very spot to sign the legislation that officially enabled the creation of the massive four-mile-long park system you see today.
